Returns

14-day return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods – provided that the items are in their unused original condition and in their original packaging.

Return requests must be sent in writing to the following email address: sales@mobywash.de After we receive your request, you will receive instructions on how to proceed within 2 business days.

Items must be returned to us in unused, resalable condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Upon receipt of the goods, a full inspection will be carried out to ensure that the products are in a resalable condition. After a successful inspection, we will refund the purchase price (minus any original shipping costs and potential collection fees) to the payment method originally used.

For items showing signs of use that result in a loss of value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

The responsibility for the returned items lies with the sender until they arrive at our warehouse.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted for returns made later than 14 days after delivery.
